Our head chef has spent many years working within world renowned kitchens. She has created many inspirational sweet and savoury dishes, which are loved by many and proven to be best sellers for several high end London based restaurant chains.
Maureen thrives on creating new and intriguing dishes using her vast knowledge of food science, discipline in food preparation and execution. So from time to time, expect to see a new creation or two appearing on our menu.
